Quail Vista Village

Dear Homeowner, This letter is to notify you that the time has come to hold the Annual Meeting of the Quail Vista Village Community Association. The meeting will be held via teleconference on Thursday May 28th, 2020 at 6:00 PM and will be accessible via home phone, cell phone, or computer. The primary purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect Association Members to serve on the Board of Directors. If you would like to run for the Board of Directors please submit the attached Nomination Form by May 13, 2020 at 5:00 PM. Please include your full name, address and phone number with your biography. Names of all candidates who respond by the deadline will be placed on the election ballot. Ballots will be mailed to all homeowners prior to the annual meeting. For your vote to count and to be eligible to serve on the Board you must be in good standing with the association. Lance MitchellCommunity Manager  

The Quail Vista Village January Board Meeting is being held Thursday the 30th at 6:30 pm at the Heywood offices. Address 42 S Hamilton Place, Gilbert, AZ 85233

The Special Assessment did not pass due to lack of quorum and lack of YES votes required to pass the same. The Board of Directors held a meeting on August 24, 2017, and have unanimously determined to make a 2nd attempt at passing a Special Assessment to fund the painting project.  The Special Assessment attempt #2 will be announced in early September.    Regards,    Heywood Management
