We noticed the pool turning green just before the holiday weekend and contacted the pool cleaning company immediately. It turns out the main pump broke and that is what led to this issue. The pump and filters have since been repaired and cleaned and they are working. Unfortunately, the pool chemicals will take another several days to regulate and even out. So, until then, there is a secondary lock on the pool fence so no one can enter the pool area except for the pool company, as they work to get it back into a clean and swimmable state. We will do our best to get it open again just as soon as possible. The moment we do, we will send an email to all homeowners and residents (those that we have email addresses for) letting them know it is open for use again.
